Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy.
Our standard instore returns policy is 28 days.
You have 14 days to return items bought online, unless otherwise stated; exclusions apply.
Please note we do not accept returns outside of the dates stated in our returns policy, above.
All returns should be returned in their original condition – by this, we mean:
• Item(s) should be in an unworn and unused condition.
• Packaged items should be unopened.
• If the original purchase contained a free item, this item must also be returned.
• Non-refundable items: Personalised products/ Printed shirts, Socks*, Underwear*, Swimwear*, Duvets*, Gloves* & Goalkeeper Gloves*, Hats*, Shinpads* (*Unless unopened), Slate products, Food items, Drinkware, Books, DVD’s, Jewellery, Chairty items or E-vouchers/ Gift cards (including in the case of misplaced gift vouchers/gift cards).
Returns that are incomplete, unsaleable or do not meet these conditions may be rejected, with all or part of the original price paid withheld.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange if the goods have been worn or used unless proven faulty.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Wrong item(s) received.
In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong product, we will refund you your original postage back to the card which was used to purchase the item(s). Please contact our customer services team at retail@cardiffcityfc.co.uk for information on how to send the wrong item(s) back to us.
Faulty item(s) received.
In the unlikely event that you receive a broken or faulty item(s), please contact our customer services team at retail@cardiffcityfc.co.uk for information on how to send the item(s) back to us.
How do I return or exchange an item?
By post:
Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable postage packaging.
Please include original order returns form filled out with your order details. This will ensure your returned item is handed efficiently as possible.

*For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. We do not accept responsibility for charges incurred when returning items unless proven faulty.
Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
In store:
Bring the item(s) and the proof of purchase (original order returns form) down to the stadium superstore.
A member of the online mail order team will be available to assist you with your return.
Christmas Extended Refund Policy 2024
Any purchases made online or instore between 01/11/2024 and 24/12/2024 can be returned up until 12/01/2024. For purchases made from 25/12/2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.
