What are the UK delivery options and costs?

Collection from the Stadium Superstore – FREE
  • You will recieve an email stating when your order is ready to collect. Please note this may take 24 hours. 
  • You will need to bring your order confirmation and proof of identity with you. (Failure to bring these may result in staff not being able to release your goods)
UK 1st Class Standard Delivery – £5.00
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday only – weekend orders will be dispatched the next working day.
  • In some cases your item may be out of stock; however you will be contacted the same day and offered an alternative. (not available on personalised / made to order products)
  • Bank holiday orders will be processed the next available working day
  • Please allow up to 5 working days from the time you place the order (you will receive an e-mail once the order has left our warehouse) for delivery.
  • We will send your order for 1st class, however we cannot be held responsible for courier failure.
UK Special Delivery – £8.00
  • Order before 2pm to receive your order the next working day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be received within 2 working days. In some cases your item may be out of stock, however you will be contacted the same day and offered an alternative. (not available on personalised / made to order products)
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday only – weekend orders will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Bank holiday orders will be processed the next available working day
  • Please allow up to 2 working days from the time you place the order (you will receive an e-mail once the order has left our warehouse) for delivery
  • All deliveries require a signature, therefore there needs to be someone present at the delivery address.

What are the overseas delivery options and cost?

International Delivery – Europe – £10.00
  • Please allow 3 – 10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse (you will receive an e-mail from us once your order has left the warehouse).
  • This option does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
  • This option is available worldwide.
  • For smaller items (e.g. keying’s, pin badges & car stickers) please contact us at retail@cardiffcityfc.co.uk
  • All deliveries require a signature, therefore there needs to be someone present at the delivery address
International Delivery – Rest of World – £15.00
  • Please allow 3 – 10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse (you will receive an e-mail from us once your order has left the warehouse).

I need my goods to be delivered outside the UK. Are there any other charges?

In some countries, customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further details.

 

Are all goods despatched the day I order?

We try to get all our orders despatched within 24 hours of the day of order. However, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:

  • Pre-orders – Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched according to the time / date specified on the website. 
  • Credit / debit card checks – Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which might delay your order. This could result in a delay on an order for up to 48 hours. If this occurs we will inform you by e-mail. 
  • Personalised products – Products requiring personalisation (for example with additional name, numbering and sleeve badges added) may take an extra 3 days before they are ready to be despatched. 
  • Orders with different stock availability – If you have selected multiple items with different availability times (e.g. a pre-order item and an item that is currently available) then we will despatch your order when all items are ready. 
  • Made to order – any products that are made to order form our suppliers (e.g. glassware & house plaques) will have an extra 10 working days added to the delivery time to allow for manufacture – items of this nature are clearly marked.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail once your order has been despatched from our warehouse. If you need to track your order please contact us via the ‘contact us’ section with your order number.

What will happen if no one is in when my parcel is delivered?

You will need to ensure there is someone at the delivery address as they will need to sign for the goods. If there is no one at the delivery address, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect you order from the nearest sorting office or arrange a redelivery.
