Please allow plenty of time for delivery and at least 10 working days if ordering at peak times in November or December.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched next working day where possible - dependent on high volumes of orders (e.g. sale/promotions).
Bank Holiday & Weekend orders will be processed the next available working day.
Due to high demand from November onwards, we strongly recommend orders are placed as early as possible as all orders are subject to stock availability and delivery time frames.
We are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed from 17th December onwards.
Please purchase items and gifts for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries.
We will send your order via Royal Mail, however we cannot be held responsible for courier failure.
In some cases your item may be out of stock; however you may be contacted and offered an alternative. (not available on personalised / made to order products)
Programme subscriptions are not included.
Please note: During peak times, there can be delivery delays due to high parcel volumes. Don’t worry your order is still on the way. However, as a result some packages may arrive a few days later than the estimated date that was originally provided. We are very sorry if you experience this delay and we are working directly with the carrier to minimise the impacts.
I need my goods to be delivered outside the UK. Are there any other charges?
In some countries, customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further details.
Are all goods despatched the day I order?
We try to get all our orders despatched within 24 hours of the day of order. However, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:
- Pre-orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched according to the time / date specified on the website.
- Credit / debit card checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which might delay your order. This could result in a delay on an order for up to 48 hours. If this occurs we will inform you by e-mail.
- Personalised products - Items requiring personalisation (e.g. shirt printing) will be despatched within 5 working days of orders being placed. During peak times such as kit launch, personalised orders will be dispatched withing 10 days of orders being placed.
- Orders with different stock availability - If you have selected multiple items with different availability times (e.g. a pre-order item and an item that is currently available) then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
- Made to order - any products that are made to order form our suppliers (e.g. online exclusives, glassware & house plaques) will have an extra 10 working days added to the delivery time to allow for manufacture - items of this nature are clearly marked.
- Online Exclusive Items - Where specified, online exclusive items will be despatched by external provider within 5 working days of orders being placed. Please allow up to 10 working days from the time you place the order for delivery
How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail once your order has been despatched from our warehouse. If you need to track your order please contact us via the 'contact us' section with your order number.
What will happen if no one is in when my parcel is delivered?
You will need to ensure there is someone at the delivery address as they will need to sign for the goods. If there is no one at the delivery address, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect you order from the nearest sorting office or arrange a redelivery.
What will happen if i do not collect my parcel?Your parcel will be kept awaiting collection in the store for a period of 1 month from collection date, after this your order will be refunded.
